Each event may have additional event-specific terms, schedules, admission levels, inclusions, eligibility requirements, transfer rules, registration requirements, or other conditions.
Information published on the applicable event page, ticket page, registration page, checkout, confirmation communication, or other event materials forms part of the terms applicable to that event.

EVENT TICKETS
Event tickets are subject to the refund, cancellation, transfer, and other conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable event-specific terms.

EVENT REGISTRATION & ATTENDEE INFORMATION
Certain events may require attendee registration in addition to ticket purchase.
The purchaser and attendee may be different individuals where permitted.
You are responsible for providing accurate attendee information and updating that information when necessary.
Where ticket transfers are allowed, the attendee information must be updated according to the applicable transfer process.
Ticket registration information may be processed using LEVSHASSISTANT or third-party event-management and ticketing systems as described in our Privacy Policy.
EVENT SCHEDULES, PROGRAMS & CHANGES
Event dates, times, locations, schedules, demonstrations, activities, educators, instructors, speakers, presenters, models, products used, techniques demonstrated, and other event details may be modified when reasonably necessary.
Reasonable changes to an event schedule, program, presenter, activity, or other detail do not automatically create a right to a refund.
Material event changes, cancellations, and rescheduling will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable event-specific terms.
PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
Educational events and demonstrations provided by LEVSHASSISTANT are intended for educational purposes.
Participation in a class, seminar, masterclass, demonstration, or other educational event does not guarantee any specific professional, financial, business, technical, or artistic result.
Attendees remain responsible for their own professional judgment, licensing requirements, salon procedures, client consultations, safety practices, product selection, and compliance with applicable professional regulations.
Techniques demonstrated by educators or presenters may need to be adapted based on the client, hair condition, products, equipment, professional experience, and other circumstances.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, attendance at an event does not constitute professional licensure, governmental certification, or authorization to perform services that require a license in the attendee’s jurisdiction.
HANDS-ON OR PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES
Certain events may include practical demonstrations, hands-on education, use of professional tools, mannequins, products, equipment, or other activities.
Participants are responsible for following instructor directions, product instructions, event safety rules, and reasonable professional safety practices.
LEVSHASSISTANT may restrict participation in an activity where reasonably necessary for safety, qualification, capacity, or event-management purposes.
Additional requirements for a specific hands-on session may be stated on the applicable event page or communicated to attendees before the event.
ATTENDEE CONDUCT
Event attendees must behave in a professional and respectful manner.
LEVSHASSISTANT may refuse admission or require an attendee to leave an event for conduct that reasonably threatens safety, substantially disrupts the event, harasses or abuses another person, damages property, interferes with educators or attendees, violates venue rules, or otherwise materially violates these Terms or applicable event rules.
Except where required by applicable law, removal for serious misconduct does not create an automatic right to a refund.
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & RECORDING
LEVSHASSISTANT events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, audio recorded, or otherwise documented.
Such recordings may include general views of the event, educators, demonstrations, stage presentations, activities, and attendees.
Where permitted by applicable law and subject to any additional event-specific notice or release, LEVSHASSISTANT may use event photographs, video, audio, and recordings for legitimate business purposes including event documentation, educational content, websites, social media, marketing, advertising, public relations, archival materials, and promotion of current or future LEVSHASSISTANT products or events.
Additional consent or a separate media release may be requested where appropriate or required.
Attendees must not interfere with official event photography or recording.
Personal photography or recording by attendees may be restricted for particular presentations, techniques, educators, copyrighted materials, confidential information, or venue requirements. Any such restrictions will be communicated where applicable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & EVENT MATERIALS
The LEVSHASSISTANT name, logos, product designs, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, written materials, event materials, presentations, training materials, diagrams, educational content, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to LEVSHASSISTANT or the applicable rights holder.
Purchase of a product or event ticket does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
Unless expressly permitted, attendees may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit, livestream, rebroadcast, or create unauthorized commercial copies of event presentations, training materials, videos, or other protected content.
Reasonable personal notes may be permitted unless otherwise stated.

Events may involve independent educators, presenters, venues, contractors, sponsors, vendors, or other third parties.

LEVSHASSISTANT is not responsible for unrelated products, services, statements, or activities offered independently by third parties unless LEVSHASSISTANT has expressly agreed otherwise.
TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION
Unless expressly included in a ticket description, attendees are responsible for their own transportation, airfare, accommodation, parking, visa or immigration requirements, meals, and other personal expenses associated with attending an event.
Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or other changes are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
LEVSHASSISTANT is not responsible for travel or personal expenses except where applicable law requires otherwise.
