Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all included parts and accessories. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at levshausa24@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, and Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if there is any other issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at levshausa24@gmail.com.
To review the issue, we may ask for photos, videos, a description of the problem, packaging photos, or a photo of the shipping label. After reviewing the issue, we will provide the appropriate next steps, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other resolution.
Warranty Claims
If an item has a manufacturing defect or stops working properly due to an issue not caused by misuse, we will review the case as a warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid damage, unauthorized repair, product modification, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by circumstances outside of our control.
If a warranty claim is approved, we will provide return, repair, or replacement instructions. For approved warranty claims, we may cover reasonable shipping costs for the approved return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom orders, special orders, personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as Final Sale.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may also refuse returns for items that have been used, damaged, show signs of wear, or are not in their original condition.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have after your return is approved, and then place a separate order for the new item.
In some cases, we may offer a direct replacement if the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or if the issue was caused by our error.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the issue was caused by our error.
International Returns
International returns may involve additional shipping costs, customs processing, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other carrier- or customs-related charges.
If a customer returns an item for personal reasons, such as changing their mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges, import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other international charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the issue was caused by our error.
If a warranty replacement is shipped, we will prepare the shipment as a warranty replacement when applicable. International import rules may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, and customs authorities. If any additional import charges are assessed upon delivery of a warranty replacement, the customer should contact us before paying those charges so we can review the situation.
