What’s the difference between Day 1 and the Full 2-Day Experience?
Day 1 on November 8 is a Look & Learn experience featuring theory, technique, workflow, and a live demonstration with Danilo Bozic. The Full 2-Day Experience includes everything from Day 1 plus Hands-On training on November 9.
Can I purchase Day 2 separately?
No. Hands-On training on November 9 is available exclusively as part of the Full 2-Day Experience.
I already purchased Day 1. Can I upgrade to the Full 2-Day Experience?
Yes, please contact us and we’ll help you with the available upgrade options for the Full 2-Day Experience.
What’s included with General, VIP and Super VIP?
General includes access to the selected event program and a Goodie Bag. VIP includes everything in General plus access to the VIP Reception with Danilo. Super VIP includes everything in VIP plus the exclusive Waterfront Experience with Danilo on November 7.
Does every ticket include a Goodie Bag?
Yes. A Goodie Bag is included with General, VIP and Super VIP tickets.
How does Early Bird pricing work?
Early Bird pricing gives you $100 OFF each Day 1 ticket or Full 2-Day pass purchased through October 1, 2026.
How will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket will be issued electronically. After your attendee information is completed, you’ll be able to access and download your ticket with its QR code.
Can I cancel or get a refund for my ticket?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Ticket purchases cannot be canceled for a refund. If you can no longer attend, your ticket may be transferred to another attendee. Please contact us if you need assistance with a transfer.
